Hansraj Raghuwanshi was born on July 18, 1992, in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh. His father Prem Raghuwanshi worked as a car painter and singer in village Mandali and his mother Leela Devi is a homemaker.
Hansraj grew up with his younger brother Manjit Raghuvanshi who went on to become an enterprise development representative at HDFC Bank. He also has a younger sister Seema Raghuvanshi who is a veterinary pharmacist.
He was raised in a middle-class Hindu family in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh. A few years after his birth, the family relocated to Mangal Village, Kunihar Tehsil of Solan district of Himachal Pradesh.
